Monday October 15:                                                                                                                                                                                               Hurricane Michael tore up our county quite a bit last Thursday.  We have just gotten our power back and can offer not only our daylight student classes but also our regular evening classes under the lights.  Come join the fun.



September Horse Show New

The weather is fabulous at our competition today. Sept 8. Riders are competing at Four Oaks Hunter show in Palmyra, VA.   Check out our Facebook page for updates on their awards.  The next competition is Sept 15 at Warrenton VA. For jumpers. September 29 will be the first schooling show for the 2018-2019 series.  Details for the school show are listed on this site


May 19 school show

Notice:

Due to the rain, the May 19 school show will be postponed to June 2nd. I will hold all entries, please let me know if you have pre entered and will be unable to attend.  Entry forms and information are in the lounge. Also, information is here on cranberry acres website.



April and Horse show events

Spring break is half way through – bummer!  We don’t want to stop having FUN.  There will be 2 events available to hunt seat horse show enthusiasts.  April 14 – 4 oaks in Palmyra, VA  This is a show for Hunter Riders and April 28 – Farmville, VA  This is also a show for Hunt seat competition.  The Cranberry Acres School show will be in May.

The Cranberry Acres does not run with the school closings…….

We will be open unless the roads are impassible.  Please only drive out if it is safe and you can call to make sure all is well

If Classes are canceled – we will contact you by phone or text   –  If you don’t drive in bad weather – please call us.  This way we know who we are expecting.  The horses need to be exercised inorder for them to behave properly.  They’re being exercised depends on their riding partners..    Thank you


June Horse shows and Summer Camp

The Cranberry Acres will be attending the Hunter show in Palmyra, VA on June 17, 2017.  Then we will host our final school show of the 2016-2017 series on June 24.  Our First summer camp will be from June 26 – June 30th.  Lots of fun to come !!
